We are pleased to announce the date for the Annual Homeowners Meeting for the Heritage Hills Homeowner's Association.
Please mark your calendar for this very important event. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday November 18th at 6:00 pm. Pizza will be provided from 6:00 to 6:30 and the annual meeting will begin at 6:30 at Fair Lawn United Methodist Church, 9203 Wilson Blvd, Columbia, SC 29203.
Your participation is extremely important in order to conduct this meeting as a quorum of the membership is required to hold the election of officers. You must be present either by person or by proxy. Enclosed is a proxy if you are unable to attend. Please return the proxy by mail, email, or fax to Gold Crown Management by 5:00 p.m. on November 17th.
We encourage you to participate as a nominee yourself or nominate a neighbor whom you think would make a great Board Member. Nominations will also be taken from the floor.
Again, we urge you to please plan to attend and if you are unable to be there send your proxy back so an official meeting can be held. Please note the board will have a Richland County Sheriff's Deputy patrol the community while you are at this meeting.
